Porter à ébullition, couvrir. Réduire le feu et mijoter pour environ 2 hres jusqu'à ce que la viande se détache facilement. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;">Passer au tamis le bouillon dans lequel a cuit la viande. Réserver.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;">Laisser tiédir et désosser les jarrets, ne garder que la viande. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;">Former des petites boulettes rondes avec le porc haché et les rouler dans la farine grillée. Fondre le beurre dans un poêlon, et faire cuire les boulettes de tous les côtés.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;">Entretemps, épaissir le bouillon avec la farine grillée. (Dans un bol, mettre environ 1/4 t. de farine grillée à la fois et ajouter de l'eau tiède petit à petit pour former une pâte moyennement épaisse, et l'ajouter à votre bouillon tout en brassant) . </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;">Ajouter la viande réservée des jarrets de porc ainsi que les boulettes dans votre bouillon. <span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Tremper chaque morceau dans le yogourt, ensuite dans la farine, encore dans le yogourt, ensuite dans la chapelure.</span></div>
